Terms & Conditions:

• Participants will abide by the game rules and regulations as set by ACCA Singapore Pte Ltd (The Organiser) and accept the decision of the judges and Organiser as final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
  
  
• The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, amend, and change the game rules. The Organiser further reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, terminate, suspend, end, stop or in any other way cease the ACCA's CFO Challenge at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Team for any reason without any liability on its part whatsoever, at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• The Organiser shall not be liable or responsible for any and all losses, damages, costs and/or expenses (of any nature whatsoever) suffered by any Participant arising from any failure or refusal, for whatever reason, to deliver or transfer, by ACCA Singapore, the prize or make good on any promise or offer to the Players.
  
  
• The Organiser has expressly excluded liability for all direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to death, injuries, loss or damage to any equipment pursuant to ACCA's CFO Challenge.
  
  
• Particpants will consent to receiving information from ACCA and related third-parties at their registered contacts.
  
  
• The Organiser reserves the rights to all photography and video footages at all stages of the game and may readily use and distribute them for any marketing and publicity purposes.
